The Mission
Northwest Seminary began as an idea in the heart of Victor Potapchuk, a pastor at Voice of Hope church in Portland, Oregon. With prayer and help from the community, they were able to create a program that would serve communities across the country. The Mission is to educate Slavic leaders and community members in the Way of Jesus. They do so by partnering with the Minsk Theological Institute, providing accredited Associate and Bachelor degrees taught by world-class professors and theologians. This program equips leaders to serve the community, and community members to service their families. In an effort to help and serve students, credits earned elsewhere may apply towards the completion of an Associate or Bachelor degree, and some may be able to complete all of the lecture hours and course work on-line.
“… be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve…”
